A portion of the Vooks preview of Red Steel 2:
"The graphical style is the first thing that stands out and it’s a huge departure from the original, which is a good thing, as it stands out. The game runs most of the time at a silky smooth 60fps and the animation in the main character’s shooting and sword fighting as well as the enemies is fluid."

Red Steel 2 Preview
A portion of the Eurogamer preview of Red Steel 2:
"As a MotionPlus exclusive, Red Steel 2 has a distinct advantage over the original in terms of its swordplay accuracy - something which is readily apparent. Both horizontal and vertical slashes feel more responsive and a much wider array of moves is available for our faceless cowboy."

A portion of the NintendoLife preview of Red Steel 2:
"On the evidence we've seen so far, RS2 is still looking like one of the Wii's most promising titles for early next year, and if Jason VandenBerghe and his team can deliver on even half of that promise then Red Steel 2 will be up there with the Wii's best."

Wii MotionPlus: Red Steel 2 Preview
A vast majority of players spent their first half-hour of Red Steel spinning around in circles and shooting at the ceiling - not the most inspiring of experiences in Wii's first chance to prove its controls would revolutionise first-person shooters on home consoles. This hurdle overcome, the title proved itself to be a fairly enjoyable, if fairly generic, jaunt.
Three years on and Red Steel 2 arrives with a brand new cel-shaded look and Wii MotionPlus in tow. The new controls add an enhanced level of responsiveness to proceedings, making sword fighting much more engaging. Lock onto enemies with the Z button, strafe with the Nunchuck's analogue stick, then attack with vertical or horizontal slashes and a smattering of gut-busting stabs for good measure. The same goes for gunplay, which encourages quick reflexes and multiple headshots against groups of ninja-styled enemies.
Without the weight of console launch day deadlines on Ubisoft's shoulders and more than a little hindsight, Red Steel 2 appears to (even in its unfinished form) improve on the constructs of its predecessor in every way. If the original Wii FPS provided us with a glimpse of what is possible for the genre on Wii, here's looking to the sequel to perfect the formula.

Welcome to WiiMotionPlusVideos.com!

Hi All!
Quite a few Wii MotionPlus videos have been posted on the site by now, marking it truly up and running, so I thought this would be a good time to introduce myself.
I'm Andrew (you may know me as the owner of Balance Board Blog, and I've decided to launch WiiMotionPlusVideos.com as a one-stop resource for all Wii fans to catch the latest videos of games that support the Wii MotionPlus accessory.
In addition, I'll also be keeping an up-to-date list of Wii MotionPlus games. Most of the lists I've come across so are incomplete or erroneous - a mistake you can be sure I'll do my best not to emulate!
I suppose that's all for now. If you like what you see, please bookmark the site, tell your friends, and follow @wiimotion_plus on Twitter for all the updates as soon as they're posted.
There be exciting times ahead, so let's look forward to all the Wii MotionPlus fun (and, erm, Crazy Mini Golf) together.
